Dulles Plane Pull

What is it?

The 2024 Dulles Day Plane Pull is a fundraising event for the Special Olympics. The event is held in the cargo area of Dulles International Airport. While the plane pull is the main event, the festival features a variety of activities and entertainment, including food vendors, live music, and games for all ages. GA aircraft and Military aircraft are invited to participate to help draw people to the event. Event gates will open at 10:30 am with the Plane Pull event beginning at 11 am. Gates will close at 3:30 pm to new attendees and the event will end at 4 pm.

How can I help?

We are looking for unique, unusual, vintage and/or aircraft of special interest that can be displayed in the General Aviation area during this event. If you have such an aircraft and would like to fly into and out of Dulles (KIAD) for this event then please sign up using the signup form. Certified or Experimental, fixed wing or rotary, all are welcome.

Having your aircraft on display will help attract visitors and contribute to the fundraising for the Special Olympics
